Layer me this.
I’ve always been a huge fan of Free People, but its only been recently that I’ve really embraced purchasing the brand. I’m not sure what took so long. I think I was overly picky about price points (even at sale) and ultimately realized that its worth paying a bit more to get exactly what you want vs settling for almost close. Of course that means really learning to curve the “its ok to settle” impulses, or getting rid of them all together. The KonMari method has really helped with that. It seems absurd to try and find joy in even something as simple as tank top, but trust me, its there.
It also helps to shop at places with amazing, flexible return policies so you can change your mind 20 million months later. 😉 I love you Nordstrom, don’t ever change.
